Q. Let’s talk about your current business/profession, what do you do?
As a founder and wellness coach, I help to transform my clients’ metabolic health and create healthy lifestyle habits. I also help individuals and corporations achieve good health via a customised wellness program comprising of education on nutrition and exercise.
Q. Tell me something that’s true, that almost nobody agrees with you on.
You create your own reality, and its apparent in the way I lead my life today.
Q. How old were you when you had your first paying job?
I was 22 years old when I first broke into the career world, which is a pretty standard working age.
Q. Given what you know today, if we took a time machine back to the beginning, what would you have done differently?
I would have gone into entrepreneurship much earlier but I don’t have any regrets or barriers in regards to where I am today.
Q. What is empowerment to you?
Empowerment is giving and exuding the power to achieve something that many deem impossible and be true to yourself.
Q. There are ups and downs in life, can you tell us an interesting story?
When business is down and the team left me, it forced me to reflect on myself rather than blaming the circumstances bestowed upon me. Because of that, I now know and have a power to create a new life for my own success.
Q. If you could only choose one song to play every time you walked into a room for the rest of your life, what would it be?
“We are the Champion” by Queen.
Q. If you woke up and had 1,000 unread emails and could only answer 100 of them how would you choose which ones to answer?
I would delete all of them. The critical ones that matter will eventually follow up so I will have at least 100 emails to choose from.
